The Real Estate Broker who represents the seller.  Here in Washington, there is have an exceptionally vibrant Multiple Listing Service (the NWMLS), so every agent lists there. But it comes at a cost. The listing agent charges 1-3% — plus another 3% or so for the selling agent. So if you sell by yourself (“for sale by owner” or FSBO) you can list on Zillow and save up to 6%. But then again, it is a lot of work….
